Kevin R. Rice Commissioned into Military Intelligence in 1988; graduated from Georgia Southern 'College' in 1989 (on the five and a half year plan). Currently assigned as the Senior Watch Officer, Joint Intelligence Operations Center European Command, at RAF Molesworth in the United Kingdom. Most recent assignment was a year as a MiTT Team member at the Iraqi Army Camp Iman Ali, in Al-Husiniyah, Karbala, Iraq. In the last 21 years, have spent 5 years in Korea, 18 months in the UK, 18 months in Honduras, 7 months in Africa, two trips to sunny Iraq, and stateside at Forts Huachuca and Gordon, Camp Kilmer, Detroit Arsenal, and MDW.

LTC William "Scott" Drennon was commissioned in 1987 to Second Lieutenant, Medical Service Corps. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and ROTC distinguished military graduate. He has holds a Master of Arts Degree Civil War History from American Military University and a Masters Degree from the Naval War College in National Policy and Strategy.
Following LTC Drennons first Assignment as the Medical Platoon Leader, 1st Battalion 64th Armor at Fort Stewart, Georgia, he served as the Company Executive Officer, Charlie Company 24th Forward Support Battalion during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Following completion of flight training in 1992, he served as Section Leader and Aviation Maintenance Platoon Leader, 507th Medical Company (AA), Fort Hood, Texas. He later served as the Senior Aero-Medical Evacuation Observer Controller at the Joint Readiness Training Center Fort Polk, Louisiana. LTC Drennon next Commanded the 568th Medical Company, Camp Humphreys, Korea. Following Korea, He was assigned as the Commander, 214th MEDEVAC Detachment Fort Kobbe, Panama during Hurricane Mitch Disaster Relief. Upon completion of the Command and General Staff College in 2000, LTC Drennon returned to Fort Hood, Texas as the Battalion Executive Officer, 36th Medical Evacuation Battalion, and later as the Commander, 507th Medical Company (AA). During this assignment, LTC Drennons company deployed in Direct Support of the 3RD Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom-I. Prior to retuning to Fort Hood for the third time, he served as the Senior Medical Service Corps Career Manager, Human Resources Command, Alexandria, VA. LTC Drennon assumed command of the 36th Medical Evacuation Battalion in June 2006 and inactivated it in June 2008. He is currently deployed as the Deputy Commanding Officer for 1st Medical Brigade, Victory Base Camp, Iraq.
LTC Drennon is a graduate of the Naval War College, Command and General Staff College, Aviation Officers Advance Course, Combined Arms and Service Staff School (CAS3), AMEDD Officers Basic Course, Initial Entry Rotary Wing Aviator Course as the Distinguished Graduate, Aviation Maintenance Managers/Test Pilot Course, Army Aviation Safety Officers Course, Air Deployment Planners Course, UH-60 and Fixed Wing Multi-Engine Qualification Course, and the Airborne and Air Assault Courses.
LTC Drennons awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (5 OLC), Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal (6 OLC), Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait), Overseas Ribbon (Numeral 2), Meritorious Unit Commendation (2), Presidential Unit Citation, Army Senior Aviator Badge, Expert Field Medical Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badge. He is also the recipient of the Order of Saint Michael, the Order of Military Medical Merit (02M3) and the Surgeon Generals 9A Proficiency Designator for excellence in Aeromedical Evacuation.
LTC Drennon is married to Melissa R. Drennon and has two children, Kerstyn (20) and Troy (18).

Colonel Churchwell became the C4I Director of United States Southern Command on 23 June 2008. In his previous assignment, he was the Commander, 44th Signal Battalion, 5th Signal Command, Mannheim Germany, from June 2003 until August 05. Colonel Churchwell was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps from Georgia Southern University in 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served in operational assignments in Germany, Panama, Alaska and the Continental United States. He has commanded at every level from platoon to Battalion.
His command assignments include: Battalion Signal Officer, 154th Signal Battalion, 5/87th Infantry Battalion, Panama; Battalion Signal Officer, 3/41st Field Artillery Battalion; Telecommunications Officer, Radio Officer, Assistant S3, 125th Signal Battalion and then Brigade Signal Officer, 3rd Infantry Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (LIGHT), Hawaii; Senior Instructor, U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland; S3, 59th Signal Battalion and then XO, 59th Signal Battalion, 516th Signal Brigade, Fort Richardson, Alaska; Operations Branch Chief, and Enterprise Systems Division Branch Chief, Signal Operations/Information Operations Center, U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill AFB, Florida; Transformation Officer, 44th Signal Battalion, 5th Signal Command, Mannheim, Germany.
He served as Platoon leader, 154th Signal Battalion, Canal Zone, Panama, commanded C Co, 24th Signal Battalion, 24th Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia; 44th Signal Battalion at Mannheim, Germany; Colonel Churchwell holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and attended a variety of military schools including the Signal Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Communications and Electronics Staff Officers Course, COMSEC Custodian Course, the Air Command and General Staff College, Joint Forces Staff College and the U.S. Army War College.
His military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Meritorious Service Medal (fourth oak leaf clusters), the Army Commendation Medal (two oak leaf cluster), the Navy Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal (three oak leaf clusters), the National Defense Service Medal, the Saudi-Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Parachutist Badge and the Air Assault Badge.
Colonel Churchwell, a native of Atlanta, Georgia is married to the former Gena L. Gaddis and has three sons, Chance, Dalton, Scout and a daughter Memphis.
