Q: I have a BA degree. Can I still apply for an MT in Technology?
A: Yes. There are quite a few BA undergraduates who have chosen to pursue their Master's degree in Technology. While it is required that you have a 4 year degree from an accredited College or University, you are not required to have a BS or BT.

Q: How long does it take to obtain a Master's degree in Technology?
A: It depends on how many courses you take a semester. The typical course load for a full time graduate student is about 3 to 4 classes (9 to 12 credit hours) per semester. At this rate, it is possible to finish your degree in about a year and a half to 2 years.

Q: Where is the campus located?
A: Georgia Southern is located in Statesboro, Ga. about 45 minutes from Savannah and 2 1/2 hours from Atlanta.

Q: Do you offer online courses?
A: Yes. Online courses for the Master of Technology are being developed at this time, and some of the first are available Fall2008.

Q: Where can I find costs and financial aid information?
A: The Bursar's Office and the Financial Aid Office.

Q: Does Georgia Southern offer a doctorate degree in Technology?
A: No, not at this time.
