Instructions for Using an Electronic
Abstract Form:
| 1. |
It is a good idea to print out the form before
filling in your abstract information in order to observe the orientation
of the form titles, labels and questions. All form titles, labels and questions
should remain intact and in their correct positions when the form has been
updated with your abstract information. |
| 2. |
Click on a hyperlink to download: MS
Word Document or WordPerfect
Document. |
| 3. |
Save to your PC. |
| 4. |
Edit and complete document. NOTE: You may have
to change the view to "Page Layout". Use a Word for Windows frame (or copy/paste
using the clipboard) to embed a graphic into the abstract area of the form. |
| 5. |
If literature citations are needed, insert them in parentheses
and not as footnotes. Credits, if any, should be added at the end of the
abstract, but not as a new paragraph. |
| 6. |
Check format, nomenclature, spelling, and save
document. If using an application other than Microsoft Word or Wordperfect,
save the file as a Rich Text Format (.rtf). |
| 7. |
Attach it to an email message and send it to:
normans@georgiasouthern.edu |
