Announcing! the 40th Annual Southeast Regional American Chemical Society Undergraduate Research Conference April 4, 2008 Mississippi College Clinton, Mississippi SURC 2008 is hosted by the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Mississippi College and co-hosted by the Department of Chemistry at Jackson State University and the Department of Chemistry at Millsaps College. Please place Friday April 4 on your calendar as the date of the 40th Annual Southeast Regional ACS Undergraduate Research Conference. Bring your undergraduate research students to share their findings with other faculty and students from around the southeast. The conference offers a unique opportunity for students to discuss research and exchange ideas in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Please note: this date is right before the national ACS meeting in New Orleans, so plan on leaving early and stopping off in Clinton, Mississippi on your way down and you can make it to both conventions (Note: there is a BBQ Thursday night @ 7pm for those arriving early!)
