The
Associate Dean of Faculty and Resarch Programs is primarily responsible
for advancing a culture of academic excellence where distinction in
teaching, scholarship and other creative works and service is expected
and rewarded; and for providing leadership for research programs, scholarly
efforts, and strategic multidisciplinary research initiatives that further
the College's strategic plan. The Associate Dean of Faculty and Research

The Associate Dean of Student and Academic Programs is primarily responsible for providing leadership in the coordination and administration of graduate and undergraduate enrollment management and student services of the College; monitoring the student academic policies and procedures of the College; and providing leadership in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment. The Associate Dean of Student and Academic Programs reports directly to the Dean. Joanne Dannacher Secretary to the Dean Personal Secretary to the Dean and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Tina Brookins Senior Administrative Secretary Personal Secretary to the two Associate Deans and responsible for webpage updates. The Chairs/Directors serve as the academic leaders and representatives of their respective units. Their responsibilities include: advancing a culture of academic excellence and distinction in teaching, scholarship, and service; providing leadership for curriculum development and implementation, and the assessment of student learning; promoting research initiatives and scholarly efforts; and providing visionary leadership for strategic initiatives that further the Department/School and College strategic plans. While all Chairs and Directors report directly to the Dean, the College excercises collaborative leadership through the COST Council .
