| Beginning in summer 2008, science and mathematics majors will have an opportunity to participate in undergraduate research under the direction of a faculty mentor. Students who matriculate in spring, summer or fall 2007, and who will have completed their freshman year by summer 2008, will be eligible for the first round of research opportunities. Participants will be selected by a competitive process, and will receive a summer stipend.
